What is SideSwitch?
We're a product and web agency. Somebody brings us an idea, a half-finished Figma, or a site that isn't pulling its weight, and we turn it into something people use. The work spans four lines: design, web and app development, SaaS product builds, and AI automation. Most shops pick one lane and stay in it. We run all four because real projects refuse to stay tidy. A client who needs a SaaS dashboard almost always needs the brand, the marketing site, and the workflow automation wired in behind it too.
Staying small is a deliberate choice. The people who scope your project are the same people who build it. Nobody hands you off to a team you'll never meet, and there's no account manager relaying messages in the middle. Our stack leans Next.js and React, and the design is motion-led. We reach for GSAP when a site needs scroll and interaction work that makes it feel built on purpose instead of pulled from a template.

Design & Experience
UI/UX, product design, design systems, branding. Most projects start here, mapping the flows before anyone writes code. For Nritya, India's first dance-tech platform, we designed a movement-inspired interface that had to serve two very different people at once: studio owners running memberships and workshops, and students trying to find a free trial class in their city.
Web & App Development
Custom sites, full-stack web apps, mobile, PWAs, APIs, backends. Alemeno wanted a high-end marketing site to show off their AI case studies without anyone touching the core product, so we built a fast, immersive frontend with smooth scroll and custom interactions. Light Emotion, an architectural lighting brand, needed a design-first landing experience that let the portfolio carry the page. Both are frontend-heavy builds where the whole job is in the detail.
SaaS & Product Development
MVPs, end-to-end SaaS, CRM and POS systems, dashboards, multi-tenant platforms. Berry Software Solutions is a cloud-native POS and inventory system we're building for high-speed restaurant and retail floors, with live table mapping, Kitchen Order Tickets, and real-time SKU-level inventory. Choolha Chowka, a tiffin and mess delivery service, needed subscription billing that could pause and resume, Razorpay checkout, and daily order tracking. We built the full digital ecosystem behind it.
Automation & AI Systems
Workflow automation, AI copilots and integrations, lead generation, CRM automation, content automation. BAU AI is the clearest example of what this looks like done well. We built their marketing presence and the core product: an AI agent called Clara that scans construction procurement portals every day, pulls out RFP requirements, and turns around bid analysis in minutes. Reviewdale is the other one, a personal AI shopping advisor where we built the data pipeline that standardizes product facts and the transparent AI layer that tells you why a product actually fits.
Who does SideSwitch work with?
Early-stage founders and established brands, in roughly equal measure. Some show up pre-launch with nothing but a concept. Nritya and BAU AI were both built from zero. Others already have a running business and need one specific piece done right: a storefront, a dashboard, a marketing site that converts. One Brand Outfit, a streetwear label, needed an editorial-style e-commerce store with dynamic filtering and a fast checkout ahead of a seasonal drop. What connects them isn't the industry. It's people who care how the finished thing looks and works, and who want a single team on the hook for all of it.
How is SideSwitch different from a typical agency?
Design and engineering are one team here, not two vendors fighting over a spec. We treat motion and interaction as part of the product, not a coat of paint added the week before launch. And because we're independent and small, the quality bar gets set by the people doing the work rather than by a margin target.
